Email our support team or call our New York office to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.
Pack Your Return
Securely package the items with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
